We specialize in delivering a delectable fusion of cuisines from all around the world. We combine the flavors and techniques of Classic French, Hearty German, Festive Southwestern, and Robust Italian cuisines, as well as Delicacies of the Pan Asian Region to yield unique fare that will surprise and delight the palate. Whether you have found the perfect meal for you amongst our preset menus or would like a special creation customized for your function, we can suit your needs! With over 13 years of experience in the culinary arts business, I have seen most all situations that you may encounter in your next event. I am a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu program at Texas Culinary Academy in Austin.
I have had the distinct pleasure of working under many great chefs at wonderful venues such as Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine, Central Market of Southlake, The Omni Hotel in Fort Worth, The Fort Worth Convention Center, as well as serving on the United States Army Culinary Arts Team for Europe. My previous catering endeavor, Fusion Under Glass Catering, was well loved by many and catered events as large as 1100 people. With my new venture, Events By Chef Tyler, We hope to grow further and share our love of wonderful food and humble service with Fort Worth and the surrounding areas in Tarrant County.
